1. Who operates RoomKiPhoto
RoomKiPhoto is operated by ACJTECHO PRIVATE LIMITED, at Narula Paint, Jhansa Road, Thanesar Town, Kurukshetra, Thanesar, Haryana, India – 136118. These terms cover the rooms, profiles, publishing and connection features we provide.
2. Eligibility and your choices
RoomKiPhoto is a community for home design and real-room inspiration. Creating or using an account, including a guest account, requires you to be 18 or older and consent to the core processing described in the privacy notice. Age is self-declared, without date of birth or ID. Our homepage, blog and public information pages are available without an account. Analytics and advertising are separate optional choices; accepting these terms does not grant them. You can withdraw consent in Privacy choices & rights.
3. Your account
Provide accurate details and keep access to your sign-in provider secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize from your account. Do not impersonate someone else, create misleading professional listings, or access another person’s account. Tell us if you suspect misuse.
4. Photos, posts and other content
You retain your rights in the content you upload. You give us permission to host, display, organize and process it as needed to provide the features you request, including image analysis and requested imports. You must have the rights and permissions needed for uploads and public sharing. Do not upload private information, images of children, confidential documents, infringing material or content that exposes someone’s home or identity without permission. Public content may be viewed or copied by others.
5. Using the service responsibly
Do not use RoomKiPhoto for unlawful activity, harassment, threats, fraud, discrimination, exploitation, spam or infringement. Do not bypass access restrictions, scrape personal data, disrupt the service or misrepresent your identity or business. We may restrict accounts and content to address abuse, underage use, security, legal obligations or consent withdrawal.
6. Professionals and connections
Profiles and room photos help people discover work and request connections. You should verify a professional’s qualifications, scope, price and terms before hiring. A listing or connection does not by itself guarantee quality, availability or a completed booking. Agreements you make with another person are subject to the terms you agree with them.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service useful and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of all user content. Features may change or be suspended for maintenance, safety or legal reasons. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes to these terms or the privacy notice will be communicated through the service as appropriate.
8. Withdrawal, account closure and retained records
You can withdraw core or optional consent, download account data and make rights requests through Privacy choices & rights. Core withdrawal limits ordinary service use; existing accounts can still access privacy rights. Accepted deletion requests restrict the account and begin erasure work. Required processing and traffic records remain under restricted retention for at least one year, and legal obligations may require longer. Processor copies, caches and backups require separate cleanup or expiry. Acceptance is not a promise that every copy is immediately deleted.
9. Questions and grievances
Contact [email protected] for privacy questions, corrections, erasure, nomination requests or grievances. A nomination request requires review and does not immediately create a completed legal nomination. We respond to privacy grievances within 90 days, with an internal target of 30 days.
